Chat Bot Tips
- Our Chat Bot is run by AI. AI is not perfect, and provides information based on the knowledge it's been taught.
- If you encounter a conversation that you feel was not productive or could be better please e-mail the court at pjc@pahrumpjusticecourt.com so we can improve our bot.
- Our bot is not monitored by a live person.
- Whenever possible, select one of our predefined questions. If writing your own question, watch the bot’s suggestions for a question that matches what you need.
- Do not use abbreviations when chatting with the bot.
- Keep the question simple.
- Too much information specific to your situation may confuse the bot, which will result in either no answer or a wrong answer.
- Be clear and specific with your questions or requests so I can provide accurate and helpful answers.
Feel free to ask follow-up questions if you need more details or clarification.
Let me know if you prefer responses in a certain style, tone, or length.
- The bot is meant to answer general questions. Examples include: pay a ticket, apply for a TPO, when is my court date, etc.
- Keep this in mind when chatting with the bot. Always follow the link(s) provided by the bot even if it does not seem to match your question. Quite often, the page you are being directed to includes information that will help you.
- In most situations, if you have a problem that needs attention rather than an informational inquiry, you will need to speak with a clerk.
- Make sure the question you are asking pertains to the services provided by the Pahrump Justice Court. Our Chat Bot has been trained to try to detect and re-direct you to the appropriate resource but may not be accurate.
- Our office can only provide information for cases and records filed or recorded in Pahrump Justice Court.
- If you have questions about a case or record from another court, county or state, you will need to contact that court, county or state directly.
