How can I find out how much I owe?
You can look up your balance through the Pahrump Justice Court Online Portal.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Payments may be made securely through the Pahrump Justice Court Online Payment Portal.
What Payment Methods are accepted?
Pahrump Justice Court accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash (U.S. currency)
- Personal checks
- Money orders
- Cashier’s checks
- Debit or credit cards
How should checks be made payable?
All checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks must be made payable to Pahrump Justice Court.
Is identification required to pay by check?
Yes, for all in person payments made with a check, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required. The name on the check must match the identification presented.
Are third-party checks accepted?
No. Third-party checks are not accepted.
What happens if my check is returned unpaid?
If a check is returned by the bank, a $30.00 returned check fee will be assessed.
Who is authorized to accept payments?
Only authorized Pahrump Justice Court employees may accept payments.
How do I know my payment was received?
A receipt will be issued for every payment.
Should I keep my receipt?
Yes. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment.
If payment is made by mail and you’d like a copy of your receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope and we will mail you a copy of the receipt.

When is my fine due?
Fines are due in full on your court appearance date unless a payment plan has been approved by a judge.
